- Male / Female, Thai nationality
- Diploma / Bachelor?s degree in any fields
- At least 5 years? experience to manage a team of house service maid through motivation, training, coaching and development.
- Knowledge of local and company hygiene, health and safety regulations
- Should be able to work on their own initiative and have the ability to lead and direct team
- Computer proficient; MS Office, Opera, email
- Excellent Knowledge on of how to inspect properties.
-Assists House Services Manager to manage and coordinate overall activities of house services operation to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity as required by the hotel to achieves the high customers satisfaction with high standards of cleanliness and services in the guest rooms and all public area.
- Plan, organize and lead team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
- Lead a training of new staff to ensure all staff in departments comply with Hotel Policy regarding of cleanliness, uniform, personal hygiene and SOPs.
- Regularly inspect guest rooms, public areas, recreational area for cleanliness, appearance and also to make sure these areas are kept as per the hotels standard, well maintained and attractively presented
